Great energy and vibes all around. Liz was my budtender and was super patient and knowledgeable. You can tell when someone really has passion in what they do it makes a difference! Great first visit. Will definitely be back!

Everyone who works here (so far) is patient, helpful, and knowledgeable. I shop for my husband and know nothing...every single time I've been in the store, I have gotten what I need thanks to the excellent staff. Over a year of bi-weekly visits and never had a bad experience. Prices and selection are good too, but I go here exclusively now cuz I know they'll help and not get impatient.

If you are looking for the best customer service around then Liberty in Easthampton is for you! Everytime I go in everyone is so nice and welcoming and also happy to help me with my many questions. Chris helped me out the last time I was in and I appreciated how well he listened to me and me needs. He made sure that I left happy and with product was right for me. That is Great customer service in my book! The whole team is very happy to help everyone and always with a smile. I love it there! You will too.

Would not recommend I came here and purchased a "Champagne Kush 1g Vape Cart by Strane" I took two blinkers(2x 15 second hits) like I usually do and I instantly heard voices in my head, this has never happened to me from a cartridge ever so I believed it might have been laced or contaminated with parasites in the lab.
